By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). If you do not agree to these T&Cs, you must not use or access the Platform.
Users must be capable of forming a legally binding contract. Stores must be legally registered businesses in Sri Lanka with valid licenses to operate.
Mobical acts as an intermediary marketplace connecting customers with stores. Customers can browse products listed by stores and make a reservation for a product by paying a non-refundable reservation fee through the Platform.
Key Process:
Stores grant Mobical a perpetual, royalty-free license to use their content. All platform content is Mobical's property.
Note: Unauthorized use of watermarked images is prohibited.
Reservation fee is non-refundable if the customer fails to complete the transaction by expiry date.
Full refund if product becomes unavailable (store must notify promptly).
Refunds processed within 24 hours to the original payment method.
Important: Mobical is not the seller. Product quality, warranty, and after-sales service are the store's responsibility.
Disputes must be resolved directly between customer and store.
Customers may submit honest reviews after transactions. Mobical reserves the right to remove offensive/misleading content.
All platform content is protected by IP laws. Stores grant Mobical a license to use their product images/descriptions.
Platform provided "as is". Mobical does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or uninterrupted service.
Mobical is not liable for indirect damages, product issues, or third-party conduct on the platform.
You agree to indemnify Mobical against claims arising from your use of the platform or violation of these T&Cs.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we handle your personal information.
These T&Cs are governed by Sri Lankan law. Disputes resolved via arbitration in Colombo.
Mobical may update these T&Cs with reasonable notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
